We wanted to share this fabulous job with you that we’ve completed for EMS Waste Services in Exeter.

The Waste Transfer site has been open and fully functioning for over three years now and its seen some real action in that time. An unbelievable amount of waste has been sorted and processed!

EMS pride themselves on keeping up to date with the latest technology, equipment and methods to ensure they recycle the maximum they can and to keep proving an unbeatable service to the people and businesses of Devon and Cornwall.

Unfortunately sorting through this much waste can be a bit messy! And the poor transfer site was looking a bit dirty from all the dust and grime flying around and sticking to surfaces.

Thats where we came in!

They asked us to come and have a look to see if there was anything we could suggest.

We recommended cleaning and de greasing the walls and surfaces to remove the dust and generally clean everything up.

Our team worked around the Waste Transfer Sites opening hours so as not to interfere with the production line and overall processes.

This meant a few hard, long weekends including the bank holiday but we are absolutely thrilled with the results as were EMS.

Commercial Pressure Washing

No matter the surface, if it can be pressure washed, we can help. We can pressure wash a variety of exterior (and in this case interior) hard surfaces including walls, roofs, driveways, patios, decking etc. The results are amazing. We can restore your surfaces close to their original condition, saving you money on having them replaced.

Our industrial pressure washers make light work of removing the dirt, grime, moss, weeds, oil and diesel stains and other pollutants.

WHAT EMS HAVE ACHIEVED WITH THE WASTE TRANSFER SITE

The waste transfer site has helped the community and the environment. Beyond increasing employment rates by taking on more staff in Exeter, their company is currently able to recycle over 95% of all waste recovered, domestic or industrial.

This has an incredible impact on the environment, and they are proud to provide a big contribution to the rise of eco-friendly initiatives nationwide.

Fantastic as that figure may be, EMS are striving to increase the statistics to 100% of recycled material. Installing a segregation line to separate materials such as plastic, glass, and metal helps them along the way, but there’s more work to be done.

They’re always thinking of ways to improve and will continue to invest in the business and new equipment. Keeping the building in tip top condition is just a very small part of the operation but it makes it a lot nicer place to work!

If you would like any additional information about any of our services or to discuss your next project just get in touch. We’re always happy to help and advise.
