Cleaning the whole exterior of this warehouse for Caterlink is a great example and showcase for the diverse work we can undertake.
July and August was a busy one for us here at Southwest Cleaning Group. As well as our daily cleaning, pressure washing and window cleaning contracts we were pleased to be back in Bodmin for Caterlink (NIC ICE). This job certainly keeps us busy twice a year and it’s immensely satisfying seeing the end result on such a huge scale.
We started with the gutters on this massive warehouse using the latest machinery from Skyvac. This ingenious machine means we can complete jobs on this scale in no time at all with little mess and disruption.
The World’s Most Powerful Free Standing Gutter Cleaning Machine – With over 50 years experience in high level cleaning equipment, Spinaclean the official home of SKYVAC is renowned as one of the most innovative businesses within the international cleaning industry.
In 2003, Spinnaclean developed the brand new SkyVac – a ground breaking product that makes high level cleaning safe, efficient and economical. The bespoke and specially modified system is the elading selling product of its kind and today is the worlds most powerful free-standing gutter cleaning machine.
We then moved on to the roof and building using our innovative softwashing system and pressure washer.
Soft Wash is a safe and effective way to clean exterior surfaces. Although soft washing is most commonly used for roof cleaning, the method is also used to clean cladding, K-rend, render, block paved driveways, decking, tarmac, wet play areas, fences and patios.
In fact almost all exterior surfaces you can think of. The before and after results are amazing!
The entire outside walls of the building were pressure washed, along with the concrete yard, paths and parking area. You can see by the pictures the size of this vast area.
Others areas cleaned included the metal fencing and gates. Again the results are like new.
